PB Fridge Oats – not original, but still amazing.

This is probably the easiest thing ever.

Ingredients

  • 6 oz almond milk
  • 1/2 c. rolled oats
  • 1 TBS peanut butter
  • 1 tsp honey

Directions

Literally, just throw it all in a jar and mix it up by shaking it. You might need to scrape the sides occasionally. These last in the fridge for 4 or 5 days.

Modifications

PB Banana Oats = add 1/3 of a banana, only lasts 2 or 3 days.

Cherry Pie Oats = remove the PB and replace with frozen cherries. Can do this with any other fruit.

Apple Cinnamon Oats = remove the PB and add 1/3 apple and splash of cinnamon

This is the easiest thing in the world to play with. The only thing I’ve found that is gross is any kind of whey powder. It separates over night and tastes terrible.

When you go to eat in the morning, shake vigorously.
