- 1 cabbage head
- 1 bundle of cilantro
- 4 green onions
- lemon juice
Cut the cabbage into pieces, leave out the stem. Cut up the cilantro and the green onions and add. Lemon juice, garlic, and pepper on top and toss.
Goes great on fajita tacos, with chicken or fish, as a side salad, or on top of barbecue.
