- 2 c. flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 egg
- 3/4 c. oil
- 1/4 c. honey
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 3/4 TBS mayonnaise (or buttermilk)
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 TBS water
Preheat oven to 325. Grease a 9 in square baking dish.
Cream together the flour, sugar, egg, oil, honey, salt and baking soda until one color. Press into the baking dish. Bake for about 25 minutes until golden brown all over.
Cream together the remaining ingredients for the glaze. Frost when cool.
