- salmon fillet
- 1 oz feta cheese
- parsley flakes
- minced onion
- lemon juice
- salt & pepper
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Chop up the feta into small pieces, combine the cheese, parsley, onion and juice. Add a small amount of salt and pepper and spread over the salmon. Let bake for 20 minutes. I ate over rice and with a spinach salad with balsamic and strawberries.
I told my husband “I want you to try this but I don’t want to give you any of it!”
